Ingredients
5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4-6 eggs
pinch of mint powder
cooking oil
salt and pepper

Directions
Crush garlic with salt and mix with lemon juice. Fry this mixture, then slide eggs onto pan and fry. Baste once or twice. Sprinkle with mint and seasoning.
