2-1/4 pounds beef
1 tablespoon onion juice mixed spices

Directions
Mince beef twice, then pound smooth with onion juice, mixed spices, and seasoning.
With wet hands, shape into round cakes 2-3 inches in diameter, 1 1-1/2 inches thick, and place in lightly greased double grill or lightly grease skewers and mold minced beef around skewers, sausage-like, about 4 inches long and 1 inches long and 1 inch thick.
Grill over charcoal or wood, basting once or twice with cooking oil. Serve on bed of parsley and sprinkle with seasoning.
