Ruzz Bi-laban - Rice Pudding

1/2 cup rice.
2 1/2 cups milk.
1 cup sugar.
Directions
To serve the pudding cold (1)
Dissolve suger in milk.
Add rice.
Cook over low flame for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
To serve the pudding cold (2)
Stir two table spoons of lightly fried raisins into the pudding.
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top.
To serve the pudding hot or cold (3)
Topping every plate with marmalade.
