Ingredients
6-8 artichokes
2 onions
1 pound beef
3-4 ripe tomatoes
cooking oil
salt and pepper

Directions
Prepare artichoke hearts for stewing and cut into 4-6 parts. Chop the onion very fine. Cut meat into cubes the size of large marbles. Peel and dice tomatoes. Fry the onion until soft, add tomatoes, and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the meat and seasoning and cook for a further 15 minutes. Add the chopped artichoke hearts and leave on flame until tender.
