Ingredients
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed.
Salt to taste.
1/2 cup tahini paste.
1/2 teaspoon cumin.
1/2 cup yogurt.
Juice of 2 1/2 lemons, or more to taste.
Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions
Combine the garlic with the salt, and mix with tahini paste and cumin. Add the yogurt and lemon juice gradually, beating vigorously to make a smooth thick cream. This can all be done in a blender, which makes a smooth tahini cream. Garnish with parsley, and serve with ta’amia or kabab
