Ingredients
2-1/4 pounds large-size zucchini
1 pound beef
2-1/4 pounds ripe tomatoes
2 onions cooking oil
salt and pepper
cornflour (cornstarch) (optional)

Directions
Prepare zucchini. Cut meat into small cubes. Peel tomatoes and chop. Slice onions very thin, keeping all ingredients separate.

Fry onions to a rich golden color, add tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes. Add meat and seasoning and cook for a further 20 minutes. Toss in the zucchini and cook until meat is tender. Thicken with cornflour (cornstarch) if necessary.
